Airworthiness Management and Quality System (AMQS) Core Practice Test

DASR 66 focuses on licensing of maintenance personnel, detailing how someone applies, how the license is issued, and how its validity is maintained over time. It sets the criteria, documents, examinations or assessments, and renewal or continuing-eligibility requirements needed to obtain and keep the license active. That’s why establishing the requirements for application, issue, and continuation of its validity is the best description of its role. The other options describe activities outside this regulation’s scope—maintenance scheduling guidelines, pilot licensing procedures, or registration fee setting.
